Queen Victoria Jubilee Park Rules

Welcome to Queen Victoria Jubilee Park. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the following park rules.


Bookings, Payments & Office Hours

  • All fees must be paid in advance.
  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, or 7 days during peak periods.
  • Maximum stay is 42 days, at the discretion of management.
  • Office hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm, with extended hours during peak times.
  • Check-in for sites is from 2.00pm; check-out is by 10.00am. We aim to be flexible when possible, but please understand this may not always be feasible.
  • Cabin check-in is strictly from 2.00pm and check-out is by 10.00am unless otherwise arranged.
  • The park reserves the right to terminate occupancy in accordance with the Residential Parks Act 2007.

Site Use & Vehicles

  • Guests choose to park at their own risk. While we take great care in maintaining the park, we cannot be held liable for incidents during your stay.
  • One vehicle is permitted per site. Additional vehicles may be parked around the oval.
  • Drawbars must face the road for emergency access.
  • The park speed limit is 10km/h.
  • Guests must seek approval from management before washing vehicles or carrying out mechanical repairs on site.

Fires & Smoking

  • Individual firepits are not allowed unless they are FULLY contained, a communal firepit is provided for your enjoyment when we are not in fire ban season.
  • Firepits must remain on gravel surfaces.
  • A communal firepit is available for guest use when conditions allow.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any park buildings, including cabins, amenities, and shared facilities.
  • Smoking or pets in cabins is strictly prohibited. Fines apply.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome on sites only and must be on a lead or contained at all times.
  • Pets are not to be left unattended in the park and must not disturb other guests.
  • Pet noise must be kept under control at all times.
  • Pet bedding and blankets must not be washed in the laundry.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets promptly and dispose of waste correctly.
  • Rodent baiting systems may be in use throughout the park. While second-kill baits are not used, unsupervised animals are the owner’s full responsibility.
  • Pets are not permitted in cabins.

Guests, Visitors & Behaviour

  • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors during their stay.
  • Management must be notified of any additional guests staying overnight.
  • Quiet hours are from 10.00pm to 8.00am. Please ensure noise during the day does not disturb other guests.
  • Offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Guests must not interfere with or damage park property. Any damage must be reported to management immediately.

Children & Activities

  • Children under 13 must be supervised at all times, including when using amenities.
  • Helmets must be worn when riding bikes or scooters in the park.

Shared Facilities & Waste

  • Shared amenities, BBQs and communal areas must be left clean and tidy after use.
  • Bins are provided for your convenience:
    • Red for general waste
    • Yellow for recycling
    • Crates are available for 10c deposit cans and bottles

Emergencies

  • For urgent situations, contact 000 emergency services directly.
  • The emergency evacuation assembly point is in the middle of the oval.
